Rules for Selection of Team Owners and Players

1. Team Structure

• Total Teams: 6
  • Each team must have:
  – 1 Owner
  – 1 Captain (can be owner or separate player)
    – 8–12 Players
  
  

2. Selection of Team Owners

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a student, alumni, or faculty member of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences
  • Must demonstrate leadership, interest in sports, and team management ability

Selection Process

Step 1: Application
• Submit name, department, contact info, and a short statement

Step 2: Evaluation
• Based on leadership, sports spirit, and participation

Step 3: Final Selection
• Top 6 candidates selected as team owners

Responsibilities of Owners

• Manage team and select players
  • Maintain discipline and fair play
  • Coordinate with organizers
  
  

3. Player Selection Rules

Eligibility

• Must belong to Faculty of Agricultural Sciences
  • Must be physically fit
  • No misconduct record
  
  

Selection Methods

Option A: Open Trials
• Players evaluated on skills, stamina, and teamwork

Option B: Draft System
• Owners pick players in turns

Option C: Mixed System
• Trials + Draft (recommended)

4. Team Formation Rules

• Minimum players: 8
  • Maximum players: 12
  • At least 2 substitutes per team
  
  

5. Fair Play & Restrictions

• One player = one team
  • No unfair selection practices
  • Misconduct leads to disqualification
  
  

6. Replacement Rules

• Injured players can be replaced with approval from organizers
